This key position, which supports the development efforts of the Board, the Development Committee, and the Director of Development, will be accountable for the successful organization and execution of the Museum’s upper level membership campaign. This person will maintain a portfolio of donors and prospects, conduct research and prospect analysis, and make face-to-face asks.

The qualified candidate will have at least five years experience in a fast-paced, deadline oriented development department with a history of increasing responsibility; have specific experience in planning and executing annual campaigns, prospecting, donor acquisition, and stewardship; have exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing; have a degree in a related field; be highly organized, a highly motivated self-starter with strong time management and planning skills, and have the ability to maintain poise under pressure.
