Title: Vice President of Organizational Sustainability
Reports to: CEO
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Status: Full time Exempt
Beginning Salary: $60,000 to $68,000

Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast is looking for a very special individual to fill the newly created Santa Barbara based position of Vice President of Organizational Sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts across the community and experience (as a volunteer or employed professional) in fundraising and community advocacy, marketing and/or public relations. The VP of Organizational Sustainability will work with staff, volunteers, the community and funders to assure that Girl Scouting has the local resources needed to fulfill its mission of leadership development for girls on the Central Coast. The position will manage two direct reports. Familiarity with Donor Perfect a plus and computer proficiency essential. Beginning salary is $60-68,000.
